What Einstein Said
You may have heard the quote attributed to Albert Einstein . . .
You may have heard the quote attributed to Albert Einstein . . .
"The definition of insanity is
doing the same thing over and over again,
expecting different results."

Whether or not Albert actually said that, the message is compelling. Although, I would argue that it is even more insane to expect different results while doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I see this over and over again when it comes to pain management. Sadly, there are far too many people living with pain, who choose to DO NOTHING and hope it goes away.
If you are experiencing pain, your body is communicating to you that something is not right, and you need to take some kind of action to correct it. This applies to stiff joints, achy muscles, reduced range of motion, headaches, fatigue, and so many other conditions, because these are SYMPTOMS. It is unlikely that ignoring them will help them improve.
It's convenient to want to blame aging or genetics or any number of reasons for complacency.
What if there was something you could do that would create a positive shift in your physical and mental well-being?
The Hanna Somatics practice that I teach (aka Somatic Yoga), helps to address muscle tension that is often the root cause of so many conditions and pain.
If you are unfamiliar with this simple practice, please learn more on the SOMATICS page of this website.
If you are "doing the same things over and over", or nothing at all . . .
. . . If you are getting lost in the maze of healthcare providers, Google searches, and YouTube quick fix remedies . . .
. . . it may be time to stop the insanity.
You don't have to be Einstein to understand that maybe there is way to facilitate change that your body is needing, so you can continue to do the things you love, feel great, and age well.
Online Somatic Yoga classes are ongoing every Sunday. You get to participate and enjoy the class from the comfort of your own home. Book a class anytime HERE.
